POLICY

We have a 10 day exchange policy (from date of purchase) however you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can either exchange for correct size, purchase a product to equal value (if item is a greater cost, difference must be paid) or you can purchase a store credit for yourself, a relative or a friend. Clothing must be returned in original packaging, not damaged and with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and postage costs are non refundable.

Q: Do you allow local pickups?
No we don’t. All items are to be sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please.
Q: Do you have a store located in Australia?
No we don’t. But we will be available to purchase from selected retailers soon!
Q: Do you have a size-guide?
You will find a size chart on our listings to help you purchase the correct size.
Q: Do you have other sizes or colours available?
You will find most of our products are online already.
Q: Do you give deals when buying multiple items?
Any offers will be advertised on our instagram and Facebook pages. So Follow us and keep an eye out!


SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Q: Do you offer combined postage?
We offer free domestic shipping, but if you buy 4 or more items, we upgrade to express shipping!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship via DHL International to all countries.
International buyers may have additional taxes and import fees, therefore it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay these fees.
Q: When will my item be sent?
Your item is generally posted out the day payment is made or the following business day.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
If sent via standard mail, 3-6 working days to arrive.

Q: Do you refund?
We have a 10 day exchange policy. Please refer to our listing where you will find all the relevant information on our exchange policy.
Q: Do you refund on faulty items?
Yes we do. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving item. We will give you details on how to return your item.
Q: I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will drop everything to help in any way we can.
